Brooklyn Public Library
125th Anniversary
Design @ Bellweather Agency

As part of a borough-wide campaign to reintroduce Brooklyn Public Library, a bold visual identity was developed to reconnect the institution to all 2.6 million Brooklyn residents.
Kip Helton led the campaign design, building on the vibrant graphic language first established in the For Brooklyn initiative. The creative direction centered on making the library feel expansive, energetic, and deeply relevant, positioning it as a resource for every neighborhood, background, and age group.

The design system included a full suite of social assets, animated ad templates, and adaptable layouts built to flex across platforms and audiences. As the campaign evolved in the wake of the pandemic, the creative was refreshed to reflect new priorities, career shifts, entrepreneurship, wellness, with visual elements that conveyed transformation and momentum.
